A welcome return to the Disney tradition of 2-D animation.. For the most part, it's a winner: spirited, funny and even complex in a way that's been foreign to recent Disney cartoons.. There's no story here. It has a kind of an interesting look. It's sweet and it's just not funny at all. The jokes are very tired..
