Kids attending Agent Cody Banks won't need candy. The film itself is a 90-minute sugar rush.. So slick and preprogrammed that even its preteen audience may dismiss it as formula.. Zwart pulls out enough stops in action sequences involving jet-propelled skateboards, stunt drives and mountain rescues to keep the ball rolling nicely.. [Muniz] keeps Cody Banks watchable on energy alone but his scenes with the pallid, uncharismatic Duff are as dull as watching two actual pubescents meet at the mall.....
